SCHOOLS
Kernow Sport and Leisure take great pride in the strong relationships we have built with schools, nurseries, colleges and specialist education providers in Cornwall. We offer PPA Cover, Lunch and After School Clubs to cover a variety of different sports and outdoor activities.

Our choice of alternative activities are very popular as they provide children with the opportunity to experience a new and exciting sports and activities. We have found that by offering alternative sports such as archery and fencing really help to increase the number of participants.

We understand and appreciate how difficult it can be to teach large classes specific skills in a way that is fun, enjoyable and informative for the pupils, yet also meet the demands that are placed by regulatory authorities and funding bodies. We are always happy to structure our courses to fit your requirements.

Our scheme of work, our teaching methods and assessment is one of the most simple, swift and secure ways for schools to meet all of their sports and activity requirements, enabling you to free up valuable resources whilst we provide you with specialist coaching that meets and exceeds government targets.
SPORTS FOR SCHOOLS

PPA COVER & PE LESSONS
Our flexible and successful PPA packages are designed to keep your pupils active while you work. Our lessons fit in with the national curriculum and are suitable for Ofsted inspections.
All of the lessons are supported by session plans and a scheme of work. We will monitor the progress of each class and measure the impact that our coaching has on the children. We will supply you with an end of term report for each class that we have been working with.
Each individual child will be assessed by the coach and feedback will be given each term on whether the children are meeting, exceeding, working towards or need adult support in different areas of Physical Education.

LUNCH CLUBS
Providing children with the opportunity to take part in extra exercide suring the school day - improving behaviour and enhancing clasrrom concentration.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
We can accommodate all ages and we are able to cover a variety of different sports and activities.
Our clubs are designed to run from the minute the bell rings to signal the end of the school day, and will take place on the school premises. This not only provides the ultimate convenience for working parents, but provides the children with a fun and active end to their school day. We pride ourselves on the fact that not only are we teaching children the specific sport skills required, but also developing essential life skills such as confidence, concentration, communication, motivation, teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. But most of all our clubs are just fun!

SPORTS DAYS & SCHOOL FETES
KSL are vastly experienced and are able to assist in the running of your sports day by setting up events and providing staff. Alternatively we are able to organise the whole day for you, from school letters to parents, events, scoring and scheduling as well as the presentation!
KSL can add some sporting excitement to any school fete or sports day.
We have a range of equipment and sports that we can bring to the party, including our giant inflatable football pitch and goal.
